Ok, I ask the question knowing I will get blasted but I can't find a direct answer to my question.

As I posted recently, my chain failed me, and I need to replace. I know I need a 530 chain, but I can't seem to find out what length. I have a 2000 600 kat

stock sprockets and swingarm etc.

118 for sure, 100%. No Katana, EVER was 114 so I have 0 clue were that came from.
88-97 600 - 112
89-97 750 - 118
98-06 600 - 118

i figured it out lol my bike is 114 links haha i couldnt figure out why i had 114 on my mind so i looked in my owners manual and there it was. ha i knew i had seen it somewhere
