  • Oil pan washer

I was looking to replace my crush washer on my Kat, when I select the part number on Ronayers site it comes up as .93, but then the part number changes up and the description goes from gasket to plug and the price goes up to three something. Does the new plug not need a crush washer? Also anybody know the part number for the oem oil filter.

Get a Fumoto valve and you won't have to worry about washers again.

Ummmm, the topic title is oil pan washer, I dont know what other type of washer would be used with a plug in the oil pan....sooo don't know where you are trying to go with that one, but thanks for the oil filter number.

          ummm, my fault.

From the time of reading your title, to the time to click on it to read your post, I forgot what you were asking about.

hey, at least I got the part numbers for you.

You can use the oil plug crush washer that Honda uses on their cars (all Honda cars use the same crush washer), it's about the same/correct size for our plugs. Just go to any Honda dealership and get a small handful (some may charge you, some may not, they're about 19 cents each). I've been doing this for a few years now w/ no problems or leaks.

The OEM oil pan drain bolt should use a crush washer. If you want Suzuki OEM crush washers for the bolt, it's suzuki part number 09168-14004. But as Teh_K noted, the same 14mm ID crush washer is used on virtually every honda car built between 1990 and 2008...

Meanwhile, I will definitely give the big thumbs up to ditching the drain bolt all-together and switching to the Fumoto valve (a petcock valve that replaces the oil drain bolt) instead. I now have a couple in stock if you need one. $24.50 + shipping.

              Cheers,
