My baby isn't starting!

Need some input, please. i have a 1993 Katana 750F. It was put to bed in my basement (dry) for the winter time (upstate ny). i went to try to start it over the weekend and it sounds like the starter is turning but not the motor. could it be a weak battery? although the headlight is on, horn works ect...I metered the battery and it showed 11.5volts. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like the battery could use a charge.

Try draining the fuel out of the carb bowls and changing the rest of the fuel for a fresh batch. The fuel can collect water over the winter.
