Every time I get caught in the rain she cuts out. starts with spudering then not ideling and finnaly just dies out... I can get her to restart after alittle toady i pushed it for two blocks. Has anyone else had this problem or suggestions

make sure you warm up before riding
sucks that its raining but the engine heat will help things dry out
You can try spraying down the ignition wires with WD40, it was designed to displace moisture
The outer casing of the ignition wire is probably breaking down and need to be replacedBlood , its in you to give! http://www.blood.ca/

Suggest you read this thread:
You may also want to pull the spark plug boots, then slip heat-shrink tubing over the spark plug wires and reseat the boots -- the heat-shrink will act as an additional barrier for older, cracked wires that are water sensitive.
