More vibration after carb sync?

I've read some posts on how some people's Kats have bad vibes and a lot of members mentioned that syncing the carbs could help.

Well, I just got mine out of storage yesterday (so I haven't ridden it for 5 months) and they did the carbs during winter (for another reason).
However, I have the feeling that it vibrates a bit more in the handlebars than last year.

Could it be linked?
Any other suggestions?
I could be just me too.

Most vibes in the 4.5 - 6k range are specific to unsync'd carbs or cylinders with jetting that is too lean. If the vibes tend to happen all over the RPM range and are speed dependent, they are most likely tied to your tires now having flat-spots from having sat too long...

It seems to happen over all the RPM range, so the tire hypothesis makes sense.
