problems idle really funny and popping exhaust

ok i go my pods put in stage 3 jet full v&h exhaust timing adv i turn bike on oh my choke cable broke so i have to push it in wit my finger ok went out riding every thing going fine stoped bike died idle droped turned back on as i slowed muffler pop pop pop dile still jump around from about 1100 to 1800 what is going on does it need spark plugs is it running to lean what if so how do i adjust i dont understand how carbs work so i will need pic? 8)

ok i pulled all spark plug out they all where black so i put the new ones in and it seems to run ok but if i hit the brake really hard andcome to a quick stop bam it still cuts off

Shutting off when coming to a quick stop suggests gas sloshing around too much in the bowls . Maybe the floats are set too high , sticking , or the o-rings are worn out and not doing their job anymore . Just a guess ...
