I've read all the reviews regarding these cool little gadgets.. but does anyone have firsthand experience with one? (or atleast a buddy that has one?)

I've tinkered with them for the R1, a few GSXR's, which means to say installed and downloaded files to tweak. Nothing really beyond that. Since the motorcycle manufacturers have to comply with the EPA, but PowerCommander doesn't, that pretty much explains it all (richer fuel maps).

Power Commanders
My buddy has a Yosh system on his GSXR-600. We took it to the shop a few weeks ago and did some tweeking and dyno runs. After spending a few hours with we were able to get an extra 8.3 horse power at the wheel. He loves the thing.

Man....by the time we get our bikes, you'll have at least a week to put all your aftermarket parts on.

So after talking to some other Daytona riders I've decided to buy the Power Commander.
They apparently give you quite a performance boost.
Range , I have no problem being the test mule... once I set the PCIII to the race settings and blow past you and Owlman you'll both buy one too.
Off to ebay to find a deal!! 8)Comment
