Rear Shock Load Setting - 02 Kat

Is there a chart somewhere that lists the recommended rear shock pre-load settings for an 02 Kat? Currently mine is set at the factory defaullt of 4. I will soon be carrying a passenger. Our estimated weights are 185lbs and 125lbs (310 combined).

I do not have the owners manual, although I have heard there is a chart inside?
Can anyone look up the proper setting?

310 combined? Two up crank that thing all the way up. That's 7, right?

I ride on the factory setting 4 with my gal on the back and we weight the same as listed above.
We generally have a great, smooth ride. I will change the setting from time to time to see what we like.

Well tonight on a whim I cranked mine all the way up to 7 for a 2-up ride . I normally leave it on 4 or 5 , as I'm light , and so is my sis ( 160-ish and MAYBE 110-ish ) . But I wanted to see . Well , it FELT like the rear was higher , and it DEFINATELY took alot more force to "bounce" the shock . On the ride , it almost felt like we were falling into the corners . Once I got used to it and started pushing a bit more though , it felt almost like she wasn't even back there at all . I liked how it was riding . Yeah , I guess it's good to crank it up a notch or 2 for 2-up riding !
