my left side blinkers blink fine but when i put on the right side the blink twice as fast as the left. any ideas? also any one know if the led ba9s blinker bulbs are better then the reguler ones?

Hmm, usually if a blinker is blinking faster than it should, it means that a bulb is out somewhere.

The other possibility is that you used a bulb (such as an non-resisted LED bulb) as a replacement that isn't providing the correct resistance to the circuit. Try using a stock bulb and see if the behavior goes away.
