So if one were to "view the video" it saves to the harddrive, do you then edit the filename with a .rar extension?

Well I downloaded it. Then went to properties added .rar and i'm still not able to open it. Not sure what to open it with.

OK, you download it, change the name of the file so the extension is .rar

Do you have WinRaR to open it?
