Where can I get 3/16" vaccumm restrictors??

I'm building my own carb sync by following these directions:

They mention getting (4) vaccumm restrictors........ I've been to all Advance Autos and Pep boys around here, and no one knows what they are.........

Do they go by a different name? Anyone shed some light?

Most of the time they are little pieces of hose with a very small ID or brass restrictors with a small hole in it. You may want to check around and see if you can find a 3/16" hose with a hole in it around .020 in diameter. The smaller the hole the more dampening you will get and vice versa.
