Parts for Katana

Recently, I was planning on doing some maintainence work on my 2000 Kat. I picked up an oil filter, and replaced it along with an oil change.

Now, I was also planning on replacing my air filter, fuel filter(strainer), and possibly the rear brake disc. However, here is my question:

I cannot find any place that stocks these parts for my bike...every shop/store tells me that my only option is to go with the OEM part, which has to be special ordered. Is there any place online that you guys know of, that would actually stock the kind of parts I have listed?
