  • need help!

    ok so its fixing to be time for my first oil change. is there a how too on here, i mean i know it cant be that hard just don't want to mess any thing up, also any one got any suggestions on what oil and filter to use. my bike is a 95 kat with about 33k miles on it. thanks.

      no, not 10W40, 10W40 MOTORCYCLE oil. If you use automotive oil your better off lighting your bike on fire.

          Use an oem filter. Mobil racing 4t is good oil but expensive. I generally use Castrol actevo, it seems to be pretty good and not quite as pricey as Mobil. As far as difficulty, its just like a car. Drain the oil, change the filter, fill with oil.

            Castrol has a 4 cycle motorcycle oil. That's what I throw in the old Kat. Use an oem filter.
