what plugs and oil to use with stage 3 jet 89 750

i have a igintion advancer knn pod filters and 1100 cam in my 89 750 with v@h exhaust what type of oil and spark plugs should i by and should i be using a oil breather filter ( what do the do any way?)

I'd use the stock NKG plugs but switch to iridium. oil = 10W40

anyone know whee to get the iridums for cheap i saw them in dennis kirk for 10 bucks each
