  • DIY fender eliminator

    i did this years ago and can't locate the original pictures of how i cut the fender but i needed to replace the turn signals so i took some new ones.

    first off - i removed the fender ( you don't have to do this ) cut off all the plastic that hangs under the bodywork. i used a leather glove and a bic lighter to heat up and smooth the cut edge.

    i cut out a bracket - spacings may vary depending on your states plate and the location & size of the turn signals used.



    i cut out a hole in the fender & cut the licence plate light out of the removed section & mounted it.



    seen from the bottom ( freshly washed )


    mount the bracket


    mounted the turn signals and plate


    and at night

    nice, i did so mthing like that, but didnt get rid of the side mount lights
