I have this on my motorcycle, I got talked into by one of the local mod shops. It helps with some of the sluggish spots in your rpms. My lows really don't drag anymore.. Its pretty much a more concentraded feed to your carbs instead of the normal stream. Its cut through your airbox and does some stuff..not really sure how worth it really is. I paid i believe 150...but that was over a year ago. I think i gained maybe 2-3hp outta it..when he dynoed before and after...

I can see a couple HP gain if the carbs are balanced everywhere else, pilots, needles, floats, nothing is worn unevenly. On a bike like mine where the carbs have minor differences between them, I don't think it would do much good. And you can't tell me that a regulator machined from aluminium with a drill and some hoses and some nipples is worth $130, even with R&D. If they priced them cheaper (i.e. $40-50) it would be worth trying.
