Fixing the '2nd Gear Problem' - Shift fork & ? Parts

After finding out my bike has the infamous '2nd Gear Problem' , from a bent shift fork or bad rotator mechanism, i've decided to yank the engine and repair whats needed. Does anyone have a quick list of all the parts (and possibly part numbers ) that i'll need to order?

This is for a 91 600 GSX-F btw.

Don't order parts until you get it apart and see what's going on. You may find that there are parts other than the ones you expected that actually need replacement.
