I figured what was causing the bogging down/stalling, it was the fuel filter. I changed out the fuel filter, the spark plugs, and cleaned the air filter, and cleaned the carbs. Runs like brand new now...Just a note for people that might be doing this in the near future, remember to unplug the air drain tube too, I have some oil and gunk in there myself.
