I just picked up a 1982 1000cc Katana, the rear has a honda mono shock which has raised the rear of the bike, it has had a gsxr front end fitted,so the bike is now on an angle.I would like to know what is best to do,i am a machinist so i could quite easly make a offset tripple tree( will need about 2-3 inches ), or is the answer to buy longer tubes, or is this a common issue,where inserts or spacers are available?Any advice will be greatly appriciated,Thanks.
