  • Did Creese sell his design?

That looks EXACTLY like the fender eliminator Creese used to sell on KP. Does anyone have contact with him to find out if he sold his design or it was "borrowed" by someone else?

well I dont think Creese had a patent on the design?

    Its fair game if not...

Actually, for something like that, copyright would suffice, but even a minimal change would get around a copyright. I think it would be virtually impossible to patent it (bracket; too generic).

I'm not buyin an eliminator. A drimel and some L-brackets should do it, you'd think a lot better then that pic. Just my 2c.

That bracket works great AS LONG AS you make the other bracket to go from the two frame bolts and mount Creese's bracket to it. It looks factory and if you paint it black no one can see it.

I still get them from Chirs whenever I need them He still makes them, and still makes the best ones out there! He's the originator!

Some eBayer in CALIF stole his idea and sells them.....a total rip off, and they are aluminum. Creese's are stainless steel - MUCH BETTER!

                      [email protected] I think............
