Not starting....I think the battery is OK (video included)

Bought the bike not running. Just getting started - I appreciate your help in advance.

Battery voltage reads 12.5ish. but when trying to start it goes like this:

Any ideas? It seems like 12.5 volts should be enough to get it going, but I'm not sure.

That's strange.
Have you checked the ground is firmly secured at the starter? Maybe a bad starter?

Not good. Pull the spark plugs and retest. Have no idea if water cooled or not? Fuel/coolant leaked into a cylinder.
