Hello everyone.
Recently I bought a 2006 GSX750F. It pulls nice and runs great except from some misfiring.
Its very noticable while idling and low throttle. Making a very jerky slow riding in town. Pretty annoying.
As I open the throttle more than 1/4 the misfifiring is either masked by the pull or disappear. I dont know which.
I have done some troubleshooting
I installed new iridium plugs
All following reading are within spec:
Plug gap
Plug cap
Primary and secondary windings in the ignition coils
Pickup coil
Battery voltage
Charging voltage
TPS
Cylinder compression
I cleaned the carburetors and jets, checked fuel supply and dialed in the pilot jets.
I cleaned all connections and checked engine ground.
Disconnecting the battery while running makes no difference.
I suspect the ICU.
Are there anything else I need to test to rule out the ICU?
Thanks
