b12 sudden cut out, slow crank for 2 revolutions then no crank/solenoid click.

Headed to work at night and I just barely made it 25 minutes before the bike hiccupped then stalled. lights and everything still on. I went to crank it and it cranked super slow for almost 2 revolutions before not being able to crank at all. same thing every time I hit that start button. I tested battery at 11.7v

Anyone want to take a guess as to what caused this?
