From what Keith told me (I am doing a 750 to a 1127 engine swap), the 1100 oil cooler only has 2 more rows than the 750, so there really would not be any gain in the swap. If you were really worried, I suppose you could put a fan or something back there to draw more air, but the stock 7fiddy will work just fine according to Keith.Kan-O-Gixxer!

Sorry , I'm about to ...
You know , I never saw the really big deal with the 771 kit . My bike had one on it when I bought it , and I never had any problems with the engine . Carbs were a different matter ! But I ALWAYS ran it with 87 octane (until about a year ago , 89 now) , rode it like any other bike , stop & go traffic , never noticed any of the problems I've heard about others having with this kit . I'm told I would know what knocking sounds like if I ever heard it , but as far as I know , I never have . So I can't see the big deal .
