HELP With CARBS!!

Hey everyone. I need help. I have had my 94 Katana GSX600F for 4 months now and have been able to ride it for only 2 weeks in the beginning. I am dying to get out there before winter comes. I bought a carb tuner and when I got it, I found that the 3rd carb wouldn't even register at all. Does anyone know how to rebuild carbs? Ideas of cost? Have any good ones I can buy? Anything, I just want to ride. Please let me know anything you can. Please reply to my email at [email protected]. I check that alot more often.

I'm confused..
You said 94? but your pic is a post 98??
No matter
If carb 3 wont register it could be a few things.
1. (iffy) is the vacuum line from the fuel switch plugged?
(this should effect #4 not #3 but maybe the lines are crossed?)
2. are you sure the damping valve or the restrictor is right? (I don't know what carb tool you have, it would help to know that)
3. It may be that far out of whack.. Try to adjust it.
4. you have a really bad vacuum leak there (#3)
Disconnect the carb tool, put the test caps back on!
And spray around the #3 with carb cleaner or WD40
When the carb sucks in the "stuff" the idle will change.
