Plug Reference for Denso alternatives... HELP?!?

Basically, I need to either obtain the original owner's manuals for the 88 - 97 Kat 600 and the 90 - 98 Kat 750, OR at least the denso-equivilent spark plug specs listed in those owner's manuals. This information goes into the book I'm working on, and Denso's own website only lists the irridium version of their plugs in the fitment database.

I used to work for a auto parts store and the Bosch and other plugs cross reference to either a platinum or irridium plug for the pre98's. I don't have the owners manual for my 93 750 but I will see what I can do.

That sounds like exactly what I'm looking for, but wanted to get it verbatim from the OEM owner's manual so I would have exactly what Suzuki recommends as the alternative plug in markets where NGK's aren't readily available.

Yes, I did the same. I tried a couple of others but didn't find what we were looking for. Maybe highsight or Special K will have access to pre98 owners manuals, I sure could use one. Patient waiting for the Katana Bible! <laughing> I know you are working hard on it.

Actually, I know now that SparkPlugs.com's cross-references aren't always right. I checked the cross-reference for the JR9C, which brings up the same denso cross-references as the CR9EK.

Hmmmm...
Back to searching for the owner's manuals.

Darnit, I tried the jr9c also and for some reason only got the irridium plug #
I edit, I just tried again and got this number Denso Multi-ground plug 4130 X27ETR
It is off one letter to the 600 but I don't know the Denso designations.

The C means it's a 10mm thread on the CR9EK, and the J is a 12mm thread. Obviously they can't cross-reference to the same Denso equivilent!

I checked MY Clymer's manual and the Denso plugs are not listed . So I guess that's a "no" .
