Old Gas in Tank

So I got my Kat and the gas in the tank has been there for almost 2 years. I know it isn't good anymore and I have a couple of questions. I'm going to run some car cleaner through the carbs but:

1) Should I pull them off and take them apart to clean them or just clean by running carb cleaner in them?
2) What is the best way to clean out the tank?
3) If I syphon out the gas how do I dispose of it?

Stripping them down is best..
But involves replacement parts.

2) What is the best way to clean out the tank?

IMO go ahead and use a POR or a Kreem kit to clean and coat the inside.
However get 32 oz of liner.. 16 is not enough for a kat tank.

3) If I syphon out the gas how do I dispose of it?

PM Sweet lou.. he will give you plenty of fun ways to dispose of flamable fluids..

Well , the o-rings would PROBABLY be aboot the only thing that would need replacing , yeah ? Well , probably the fuel lines , too . Say , wasn't there another member looking into finding bulk o-rings for cheap ?

Hey now..
I'm sorry Matt..
I have been way overloaded with work and travel.
So far the suppliers I found have wanted 100
for a minimum order. (3 so far.)
Even at the low prices that's a lot of dosh..
I'm going to try to get a set of matching orings out of
my company.. I'll send you a set once I do.
