oil plug

Hey guys, just changed the oil in my 02 Kat and not sure if this is right! The oil plug has two copper washers and a bead of blue silicone on it. It didn't leak before I took it out, but I'm not sure Iwant to put it back in like that. What is it supposed to look like? Thanks for any help.

single 'new' copper washer... It crushes to form a seal when torqued up... Sounds like someone's made a pretty half ass attempt at overkill... (unless it's even worse and they did this to make an incorrect plug fit?!)
