I had a GSXR header on my '96 750 Kat with a Yoshimura can. Loved the sound and it looked terrific. It did interfere a little with the belly fairing so that had to be trimmed back a little to clear.

I dont know what header this is but its a 4-2-1 and the pipes are huge compared to the stockers. but it dont fit under the fairings and the muffler is a sawed off glasspack. It sucks.

I wonder if that's an 1100 header. A 750 header doesn't quite make it past my oil pan although the port spacing is right. If you've still got the header laying around next fall after I move to Arkansas I might be interested in seeing if it'd fit my bike. Wouldn't be interested in the glass-pack, though. That'd have to go.

I think that has made me laugh harder then any joke on here. Good start to my day
I have embarked on the road of modding. Even if you BOLT ON new parts to a bike, there will be someone somewhere that has the same combination. With the Kat, you have a unique platform. Sure, some parts might be from other bikes, but no one will have the same combination. It will be truly yours and unique.

Thought it might be a 1200 bandit header but I looked and the Ys for the 4-2 part of it are side by side on my header and the bandit header they are on top of each other.
I ended up puting the f-ed up stock exhaust on it so I can ride it without a bleeding eardrum

That is nothing like a B12 header. The B12 is similar to a post kat header, just larger diameter pipes.

Thats what I was saying its not a 1200 header. It will not clear the oil pan and the tubes are twice the stock exhaust.

Look to the left at my avatar. That is a B12 header on a pre Kat.

So your saying the 1200 header is what i need to fit under fairings and clear the pan. I installed the stock exhaust and it makes it such a weenie with it.

The B12 header (IIRC) is a 4-1 setup. What the OP has is a 4-2-1 setup. From the photos, it looks like it leaves quite a bit of space between the pipes and the oil pan, whereas the 4-1 collector makes the turn to go under the pan a bit higher.
