Will 99-03 600 header fit on my 06 600

I am wanting to port the headers, but if I can find another set, I will not have to put the bike up for long. If anybody knows if they will work or has a header let me know.

yes. try to find a 750 header though, bigger header tubes for more flow

Will I have to rejet the bike once I do this? If so, what size and where do I get it?
