Jet kit problems

I bought a 1988 gsxf600 and it came with a 6sigma jet kit setup for the motorcycle apparently I have installed the two mid sized jets and found they run the best and i had it running great yesterday only problem yesterday was that it got hung up about 2-3k when I revved it at idle but was great when I was ridding came back the next day to ride and now it’s breaking up when I give it full throttle from a cruising speed and if I just lay into it nicely it breaks up from 5-8k and it can’t seem to get over 90-100mph on some pulls bike still gets hung up when reving at idle please any help would be great this is only my second motorcycle so I’m not too knowledgeable yet
