The mother-in-law was over this evening and backed into my 97, cracking the right crankcase cover, busting both mirrors and bending the mirror mounts slightly. So now I get new mirrors on the in-laws dime.
Suggestions? I've read that some have gone with the +98 for looks. What mods need to be done to make them fit? Any other mirrors out there that look good?
Right now, I have NO plastic on the bike (stripping and repairing for repainting), so they would need to work with and without the plastic.
