need some advice

i have a red 2005 katana 600 and some spots on my bike the paint looks liek it is fading alittle and i wantted to know how i coudl fix that and there is a couple scraches where the guy that did my exhaust droped my bike
Any ideas?

Meguiars next generation wax!!!! It will take the spots out!!!! as far as the scratches color-rite.com they have paint that matches the bike!
