I cleaned my really good and then used spary paint designed for platics in a gloss. I think it came out really well and my buddies, who I didn't tell what I was doing, thought I bought a new windscreen. So it works until I can buy a new one. $5 compared to $65, not bad.

How often do you really find yourself looking through it???

I painted Bonestrosities for him, used just a black primer, and it worked wonderful. His was yellowing as well, and yes, paint the INSIDE, not the outside

I took my buddies old scratched up windscreen, which was free to me, and had the KatRiders.com decal on it and painted it gloss black on the outside and flat black on the inside. It looks sweet, will work great for the summer when I swap out my ST screen, and was FREE!!!!

I'll be sure to post pix when I install it.

I painted mine because:

1) it was scratched
2) when I look through it, it was distorted and one time after I looked up, there was a car that I didnt see
3) i'm too cheap to spend $65 on a new windscreen

Swapped screens this weekend cause it looks like the warm weather is here to stay. And as advertised, I brought pix.

Looks good KK. I picked up a new smoked screen but I think I'm going to experiment with painting the inside of the old one and see how it looks.
