i have 03 katana 600 i need some new plastics ive checked ebay and 200$ for shipping thats crazy any suggestion

200$ in shipping from CHINA/HONG KONG isn't unreasonable.

Why do you need new fairings? Yours gone, or you just not want to fix yours and make them nice again?

just remember, a brand new fairing set prepainted wont match the gas tank

Ebay... Any set of NEW fairings you get will likely be from china/hong kong.

AND, those HK fairings will not be a perfect fit. They'll need a significant amount of persuasion (probably some drilling) in order to get them to fit the bike.
