Question, how do you remove the front wheel fairing? The only way I can see is to take off the front tire. I hope there is an easier way, is there?

Taking off the front tire is the easy way.

Alternatively, you would need to have small enough hands to reach under between the fender and tire to hold the nuts mounting the top bracket to the fender.

Trust me... just remove the tire.

I'll assume as well that you mean the front fender.

If your hands are small enough, you can jam one up in there to hold the nut on the backside, but with a 120/70/17 that's quite the tight fit.

Taking off the front wheel is a piece of cake anyway.

Damn, alright guess I'm going to remove the tire then. I looks easy enough, did you have to take off the calipers too?

Calipers must be removed to pull the tire.
