Will a tank off a 98 600 kat fit a 94 600 and is there a product to fix pin hole leaks and clean out the inside of the tank

I know there are ways to clean the tank. There is a how to (I'm pretty sure) on cleaning the tank by electrolysis which is supposed to work well. No idea on the fitment but I'm pretty sure they would be different. Good luck in finding your answers!Originally posted by Slofuze:

They are different and the plastics will not match the tank and there are kits you can use for fixing tanks i used a kit from KBS coatings others have used one from POR-15 google them and see which you like1990 kat 600

POR-15 is supposedly the shiznit. Stay away from anything called a "kremecoat." Others have had nothing but long-term issues with it and eventually use POR-15 anyway.-
