750 front fairing on a 600?

Sorry to ask a stupid question if it has already been covered, but I took a spill today and find myself in need of some new front fairing.

What I wanted to know is it possible to use 750 front fairing on my 600 as long as they are both 98+?

Also anyone know if you can just replace the plastic cover on the headlight without replacing the whole thing?

Fairing, yes any 98+ front fairing will fit.

Headlight, no but you may be able to buff out light scratches.

I think I'll try some elbow grease on the headlight. It looks kind of like some paint or wax type build up. I really did not have the heart to look at it to much.
