  • good source for nylon rivets used in our fairings?

The dealer charges outrageous prices for those nylon rivets.

Does anyone know of any generics that work well, and where to buy them? Many of my rivets broke in my crash.

"Friction clips" ? Like what they use to hold trim panels on in cars ? Look like a plstic screw with ridges or something ?

I think they're call snap-rivets or something like that. They have the peg in the middle that expand the rivet when it's in place. I bought a bunch at Autozone. These have a screw peg in them so I can just unscrew them to take them out. Real nice.

I bought mine at the dealer and I thought they were like 1.50 a piece. could be wrong though. I know I have bought them many times cause I break them every time I take the fairings off.
