  • Cheap solution to those crappy bungee hooks (not 56k safe)

I'm a whore and I dont like to resize pictures.
Pictures basically speak for themselves. The clips work better than the d-rings since you can just snap things on. If I were to do this again, I would have used four clips instead of d-rings (my original idea was 4 d-rings but I couldnt find any)

Cost: $0, just reuse old school bags that are lying around the house.

    Materials:
    2 d-rings
    2 clips
    4 plastic zip ties
    2 nylon straps
    needle and thread

Careful with your lid... the strap will vibrate the paint off if you're not careful...

heh, that's MY lid, i wouldnt be riding without it anyways.
Straps are kinda useless for holding small items (like a suzuki service manual i just bought) but great for big items like spare helmets or bags.
For small items I had to use the grab bars anyways. At least until I get a new cargo net that has not been stretched so much.

Great idea, I like how when not in use they're under the seat and not flapping against the paint of the rear cowl.
