Anyone know where I can get a Gel seat for my 99 Kat 600? I want something my girl won't slide around on so much. I hear the Corbin is wider than stock... and i'm a only 5'9" 140lb so a wider seat sounds uncomfortable to me.

I have the gel seat, and Nurse becky loves it compared to a lot of other seats. The only problem is they have stopped being made. I would start calling Suzuki dealership all over seeing if any have them in stock or have a way of getting one. I love mine. It is way comfortable.Kan-O-Gixxer!

I tried looking for a seat two months ago. Every dealership I called was out. I ended up buying my gel seat off of someone who was selling their bike. I got lucky. That is about the only way to get one. Just keep looking at for sale stuff and hope you get lucky!Comment

OK, I found a place online that claims to have the 98+ Suzuki gel seat. Is $214.95 a good price? There is a good chance they'll say "sorry we dont have them anymore" but if they do have them, i dont want to get ripped off.I'm completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. I don't know if there is such a thing as getting ripped off on an item that is no longer made, of course if you want it bad enough! That price is not terrible. I paid $100 for a used one. Used by two different people. They run somewhere around $200 new anyway.Comment

SUPA-FLY-KAT and woobie were both kind enough to inform me of a seat that someone just put up on eBay. I snatched it Buy It Now for $150 +$19 s/h. It's a slightly used 2003 seat.
From the picture they look a bit... fugly... but if it is a comfortable as I hope I'll have it recovered.
