Pre-98 Undertail (first stage)

well i got done with the undertail for a pre-98 and as i expected.....ran into some problems.

1. the fit was a little tight which snaped around the mounting spot on the side.
2.made it a little thick which took away some of the flexibility.

other than those, i think i can make it work. here are some pix of it. you can see where it snapped. im in the process of making another one, i'll keep you guys updated when i get it done.



what do you guys think? any suggestions?

Not bad....not bad at all.


On attempt two......try using a vaccuum bag to form it around the mold. It will result in a flatter,smoother product.
