Pre Fairing anyone?

My friends dad dumped my bike at 1mph and shattered my left main fairing...anyone got one for sale for a 96?

Yeah , I mean , I've dropped mine SEVERAL times , a couple at speed , and they're FAR from shattered . Far from PRETTY too , though ....

Well was road rashed when I got her so all the fiberglass shattered...but somehow his toe got caught underneath the fairing and it cracked in half...Ill post pic when I get my camera out of my car tonight

those fairings aren't fiberglass Unless you got some crappy after market fairings.

But the abs plastic def split in half...you might consider it more than a crack. It just broke right up the middle

Anyone know of anywhere cheaper to buy main fairings other than denniskirk where they are going for $175

The ones on Dennis Kirk are Maier fairings, thin fiberglass replacements you have to mount yourself.

It's been fairly well-established that the Maier fairings pretty much suck donkey balls . Better is to find one on ebay that's repairable . Either that or some color-matched duct tape .

Usually fitment issues . Some have said that it's only if you don't know what you're doing . But I've heard enough people I trust tell me they were more hassle than they're worth .
