The mesh is metal Gutter Guard, you can get it at home improvement places such as Lowes or Home Depot.

Does the silver stripe theme follow on the front fender and the tail?

the stripe wraps the tail, I elected not to do the fender though--personal preference.

I have always liked the stripe on your bike. My bike was almost white with a red stripe thanks to you.

The mesh is held in by small bolts that are affixed to the plastic with epoxy.

Don't use those glue stix... used that on my mesh..
it melted while doing a parade.. not good!!changing to
JB Weld that stuff will hold anything
