        What type of material did you use and where did you get it? I would love to do this with mine.
        As for the stickers, if you are having a rough go with the glue, try cutting a tennis ball in half, and turning it inside out. I know it sounds odd, but it worked like a champ on my 94.

            It is some leather-like vinyl. I will look up a part number but I got it at Hobby Lobby. It was like 9.90 per yard (3' x 4').

            Thanks a bunch on that tennis ball tip!
