    so i have decided to paint the kat since it has a crappy rattle can job on it , its my first time using a spray gun so im hoping for the best, its not quite finish yet but im gonna post some pics up .


    this is the before pic..

    i alredy started painting and didnt get a progress pics but oh well i painted it midnight pearl black ... heres a close up of the color






    here is some day shots, its almost impossible to see the pearl on the paint on these pics










    ill put up a fisnished pic and assembled pic as soon as i get a chance... also anyone know where i can get my wheels poder coated??

    Hey that doesn't look bad at all, black is a hard color to paint. Did you use bc/cc or acrylic enamel?

        its a bc/cc dupont style lol... see the first pic is a rattle can job by me also, but then i effed up the gas tank so i decided to redo it the right way

            thanks londob, btw i passed a 1000rr repsol, and you r the the first person i thought of lol .... if its sunny tomorrow ill take a pic of the bike cuz i already put it all back together

                Have you wet sanded or buffed it out yet?

                    Holy chit that looks A-1 for being sprayed outside. I got junk in my primer spraying it outside, so no way I'm laying clear down without some protection! Which Dupont line? I'm Dupont's Nason line.

                        That looks awesome for not being buffed yet!!! And at least you have some protection from gasoline with the good cc.

                              ok i finally got around taking some pics of the fairings installed, bike is dirty but oh well here it is












                              next stop is powdercoating the wheels black lol
