Hi does anyone know how to raise my shocks on a 95 katana?

You mean, like raise the rear of the bike higher? Or you wanting to adjust the spirng height on your shock for different bounce?
To adjust height, NeOublie makes aftermarket Dogbones to do that.
Otherwise you would have to change the actual shock to like a oldschool gixxer one I do beleive on the pre's.Kan-O-Gixxer!

PM NeOublie about those dogbones to raise the rear. I have a set on mine, and love them. He is a top notch guy too, even if he is from England
