At work we have a weld, machine and sheet metal shop so I made use of the equipment. You could use a plasma to cut some of it or even have a sheet metal shop punch out a majority of it and then just finish it by hand. Really doesn't need the holes in the plate bracket as it only cuts weight and makes for a place for dirt to collect.
