Cutting subframe for solo riding

What part of the subframe can I cut off so that it can only handle solo riding. I don't plan on having a passenger.

just cut off the peg brackets.

I was going to see if I can fit r1 tail section fairing on it. I know it requires mod/ cutting and stuff. How far and deep I can cut the subframe to be safe?
