Silly rebuild question

I have asked a couple of stupid questions so far, and for the most part all were answered without too much laughing but......here it goes !!

I bought an EBay special and am in the process of "de-hillbillifying" it. The guy who had it before me used whatever screws, nuts, bolts, zip ties, and twist ties from a loaf of bread he could find to keep the fairings on.

Can anyone tell me, without laughing too hard of course, what size bolts go where on a 93 Kat 600 ?? I took some of the old ones with me to buy chrome fastners, but of course when I got them home, they didn't fit right.

Hey , sounds like my bike when I bought it ! They are what , m4 1"-1.5" or something ? I know they're metric (of course) . Just pick up some extra allen head bolts from the hardware store .
